V1. of mobile pageview data

3 new .csv dygraph files, each for unique visitor data.

Added (and renamed) updated dygraph .csv files, reparsed from Erik's new reportcard csv files.
Also added a pageviews_by.timestamp total .csv file.

Adds error handling to /data/all and fixes malformed yaml.
